Frequently asked questions
Why doesn’t my iPad vibrate?
BuruVibe cannot produce vibration on an iPad itself, even if the App can be installed. Use a supported iPhone for phone vibration. Supported devices and troubleshooting.
How do I restore a purchase?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, then tap Restore Purchases in the App. An Apple ID and internet connection are required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Use subscription management in the App Store or your Apple Account. Uninstalling BuruVibe does not cancel your subscription.
How do I request a refund?
Use Apple’s refund request process. Eligibility and procedures follow Apple’s rules and applicable law.
Why is vibration missing or weak on my iPhone?
In iPhone Settings, turn on Accessibility → Touch → Vibration, then choose Sounds & Haptics → Haptics → Always Play. Return to BuruVibe and try again. More troubleshooting and device compatibility.
Can I use a game controller?
Yes, if iOS exposes the controller’s vibration capability to apps. BuruVibe shows it as Connected, and you can select it as the vibration output.
The Xbox Wireless Controller has been tested on a physical device. Other compatible controllers, including PlayStation controllers, can use the same mechanism, but we have not individually tested them and cannot guarantee every model. Bluetooth connectivity alone does not mean vibration is available to apps. Compatibility and setup.
Why won’t remote vibration connect?
Update BuruVibe on both devices and check that both have an internet connection. If the invitation has expired, create a new one instead of using the old link or join code. If connection errors persist, reopen BuruVibe on both devices and try again.
How do I use remote vibration safely?
Only approve join requests from someone you know. The person receiving vibration can pause receiving or leave at any time.
How do ads and ad rewards work?
Free users may see ads. Watching a rewarded ad provides temporary access, not a Premium purchase or permanent entitlement.
